Terms of Service

By accessing or using Toolhub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Bynam Tech Ltd ("we", "us").

Toolhub is a free, web-based collection of universal converters, calculators, and developer utilities. The Service includes:

• Currency converters with live exchange rates (sourced from open.er-api.com)
• Unit converters (length, weight, temperature, volume, speed, time, data, etc.)
• Finance and health calculators (loans, ROI, BMI, calorie burn, etc.)
• Developer utilities (Base64, JSON, JWT, hash, regex, etc.)
• Color Studio Pro — palettes, gradients, brand kits, and WCAG accessibility tools
• QR code generator and random data generators

The Service is provided free of charge. The Service is funded by display advertising and does not require an account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the Service (including DDoS, scraping at high rates, or attempting to access backend infrastructure that doesn't exist)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code (the source is publicly visible in your browser's developer tools — you're welcome to read it under the licenses of the open-source libraries we use)
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at rates that would degrade performance for other users
• Frame or embed the Service on another website without our prior written consent

The Service's source code (excluding third-party libraries) is © 2026 Bynam Tech Ltd. The Service uses open-source software including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Lucide icons, and others — these are licensed under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).

The currency exchange rate data displayed on the Service is sourced from open.er-api.com and is governed by their terms. We display this data as-is without warranty.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• The currency exchange rates displayed are real-time or executable — they are typically delayed by 1–5 minutes from real-time interbank trading. For high-value transactions, contact your bank for the live executable rate.
• The conversion factors used in unit converters are suitable for any particular purpose (e.g. scientific, engineering, or commercial applications requiring certified accuracy)
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable for your specific use case

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BYNAM TECH LTDBE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service (including ad partners)
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your browser's local storage
• Any decisions made based on the conversion results, exchange rates, or calculations displayed on the Service

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bynam Tech Ltd and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

The Service displays advertising served by Adsterra and other ad networks. We do not control the content of these ads or the websites they link to. Clicking on an ad takes you to a third-party website governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of these third-party sites.

The Service may also contain links to external websites (e.g. IRS, HMRC, NIST references) that we don't control. We are not responsible for the content of these external sites.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bynam Tech Ltd is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
